This integrative experience weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, dance play, self-lymphatic massage using a gua sha stone, and guided relaxation.

We begin with slow, intentional yoga to stimulate circulation and open pathways within the body. Through conscious breathwork, you’ll harness the power of your breath to encourage flow and release tension. As your body awakens, you’ll be guided into accessible, intuitive dance—an invitation to soften, explore, and dissolve stagnation while reconnecting with your natural fluidity and a sense of playful movement. From there, you’ll learn simple and effective self-lymphatic massage techniques using a gua sha stone—a tool you can easily integrate into your daily self-care practice. The experience concludes with deeply restorative relaxation, allowing your system to integrate, reset, and settle into calm presence.

Open to all levels, this workshop is ideal for anyone looking to reduce stress, support immune health, and reconnect with their body in a compassionate, embodied way. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected—flowing with the river within.

If you have a heart shaped gua sha stone, please bring it. ​​
​Gua sha stones will be available to borrow.  If you need one, please reserve it in advance.
